At Zale, we want your order to arrive quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Shipping Rates
Canada
- Standard shipping: $15 CAD flat rate on all orders
- Free shipping on orders of $280 CAD or more
- We currently ship within Canada only
International shipping is not available at this time. We hope to expand in the future.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times across Canada once your order has been shipped:
- Ontario & Quebec: 2–4 business days
- British Columbia & Alberta: 4–6 business days
- Manitoba & Saskatchewan: 4–6 business days
- Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, PEI & Newfoundland: 5–7 business days
- Northwest Territories, Yukon & Nunavut: 7–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to circumstances outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your package directly through Canada Post or via your account on zalebeauty.com.
Shipping Carrier
We currently ship via Canada Post. We reserve the right to use an alternative carrier of equal or greater service quality where necessary.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@zalebeauty.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will assess each case individually.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Zale is not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before placing your order.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Zale is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply to reship an order.
